Pharmaceutical Aluminum Foil Alloy 8011 This standard applies to aluminum boxes used for packaging solid medicines (tablets, capsules, etc.) that are bonded to rigid sheets such as polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and polyvinylidene chloride (PVCD). This product is coated with a protective layer and an adhesive layer.
[Appearance] Take an appropriate amount of this product (2m per roll, in a bright place with natural light, look directly at it. The surface should be clean, flat, and evenly coated: the text and pattern printing should be correct, clear and firm.
[Pinhole degree] Take ten samples of length 400mm, width 250mm (when the width is less than 250mm, take the width of the roll), and place them on the pinhole inspection table (800mm600nm300mm or a wooden box of appropriate volume, and install 30W in the wooden box. For fluorescent lamps, put a glass plate on the wooden box, the glass plate is lined with black paper and there is a space of 400nn250mm to check the pinholes of the sample. Check the pinholes in the dark. There should be no dense, continuous and periodic pinholes. In each square meter, pinholes with a diameter greater than 0.3mm are not allowed: the number of pinholes with a diameter of 0.1.~0.3mm shall not exceed one.
