Oil spots on the surface of the aluminum foil are not allowed, which are left on the surface after the aluminum product is annealed rolling oil spots.
 
The main reasons for the oil spots are: After the aluminum foil is annealed, the process lubricating oil remaining on its surface will decompose, crack, polymerize and oxidize to form a resin-like substance, which is deposited on the aluminum foil surface to form oil spots.
 
The main reasons for the above-mentioned defects in actual production are as follows: 1. The high viscosity hydraulic oil mixed into the rolling oil system causes the viscosity of the rolling oil to increase. 2. The more sulfur, the greater the tendency to generate annealing oil spots; the higher the aromatic content, the worse the detergency of returns. 3. The finished annealing process is unqualified. 4. The coiling tension is too large and the void ratio is too small. 5. There is too much oil on the surface.
 
solution:
1. Regularly replace the new rolling oil, strengthen daily inspections, and prevent high-viscosity hydraulic oil from mixing into the rolling oil. The mixing of high-viscosity hydraulic oil or lubricating oil into the rolling oil will contaminate the rolling oil, increase the viscosity of the rolling oil and cause oil spots after the aluminum foil is annealed.
 
2. Choose the right process oil.
The tendency of normal paraffins to generate annealing oil spots is the smallest, and commercial kerosene is the largest, but the high content of normal paraffins will affect the mutual solubility of additives.
 
3. Develop a suitable annealing process for aluminum foil.
The rolling oil in the annealing furnace is mainly removed by the diffusion and volatilization of the oil. If the rolling oil is incompletely combusted with the oxygen in the furnace, yellow oil spots will be formed.
 
4. Strictly control the winding tension and the pressure of the flattening roller to maintain proper void ratio.
The volatilization of the rolling oil is not only related to the annealing temperature, the physical and chemical properties of the rolling oil, the surface quality of the aluminum foil and other factors, but is also affected by the tightness between the layers of the coil, so the coiling tension should be appropriately controlled.
