Tin foil is much brighter than aluminum foil, but it has poor ductility and will break when pulled. Aluminum foil is relatively hard, and is mostly packaged in rolls, which is relatively cheap.
 
If seasoning sauce or lemon is added to the food, the acidic substances contained in it will precipitate the tin and aluminum of the tin foil or aluminum foil, which are easily mixed into the food and absorbed by the human body, which will cause tin and aluminum poisoning in the eater. Tin can irritate the intestines and stomach, and aluminum can cause dementia. If kidney patients consume too much aluminum, anemia may occur.
 
The International Food Packaging Association recommends that when making barbecued food, if you use foil or aluminum foil to wrap the food, do not add seasoning sauce or lemon. In addition, it is safer to use cabbage leaves and corn leaves instead of tin foil or aluminum foil, or use bamboo skins, water chestnut skins or vegetable leaves as substrates.
