high-quality aluminum foil, the best matching process parameters should be selected. Blank rolls and rolling oil are the three key elements of foil rolling. During the foil rolling process, the roughness of each pass should be appropriate. The roughness of the rough roll and the finish roll should be between each pass. The change should not be too large, otherwise it will affect the uniform refinement of the foil surface. When processing, try to use a large rolling force and a small tension to avoid and reduce a large number of pinholes during the rolling process.
After entering the foil annealing process, a circulating air annealing furnace should be used for aluminum foil annealing. Taking into account the elimination of defects such as aluminum foil roll-up drums, slow heating and slow cooling are required, and a stepped heating process system is adopted. The annealing holding time is determined according to the diameter and width of the aluminum foil, and different annealing temperatures are used to observe the properties of the aluminum foil, such as adhesion.

The environment has an important influence on the production of aluminum foil. It is necessary to keep the environment of the production site clean, and install a blowing filter fan system in the production workshop to ensure that positive pressure is formed at the work site of the workshop. Prevent dust particles in the air from entering the workshop, and install protective covers for the host equipment to prevent dust and other debris from entering the equipment body and falling on the processed foil, causing product quality defects. This is also an important means to reduce pinholes and other defects one. The untidy production environment, there will be dust particles on the bad materials, rolls, and rolling oil, which are easy to damage the rolls during the rolling process, causing pinholes and periodic roll holes on the surface of the aluminum foil, which affect the use of the product.
