1. First, control the quality from the source and strictly inspect the blanks; 　　
2. Then in the rolling process, the surface quality is controlled by the cleaning and roughness control of the roll, the selection of the rolling oil, the reduction of the viscosity of the rolling oil and the control of the operating speed of the machine; 　　
3. Once again, during the slitting process, make sure that the edge of the aluminum coil is neat during slitting, and there should be no quality problems such as ruffles; 　　
4, in the annealing process, the annealing time and annealing temperature are controlled according to the performance requirements of the medicated foil to ensure clean degreasing.　　
With the development of the pharmaceutical industry, medicinal aluminum foil has excellent moisture resistance, barrier properties, drug resistance, chemical stability, and hygiene, and the proportion of applications continues to increase.
