Our 1235 alloy aluminum foil is made of pure aluminum alloy 1235. As one of the most widely used wrought aluminum alloys, aluminum alloy 1235 has excellent plasticity and thermal conductivity. It can be widely used in the packaging of household appliances, food, medicine and other industries.
The aluminum foil we produce adopts the process of cold rolling. Through high-speed multi-pass rolling and high-efficiency levelling, the foil can be made into an ultra-thin thickness of only 7 microns. Its surface is very smooth without pinholes or burrs, and it has good folding properties.
In addition, our laminated aluminum foil 1235-O / 8079-O is composed of aluminum foil and composite film. The composite film is bonded on one side or both sides of the aluminum foil through adhesive. It has laminated characteristics of moisture proof, oxygen barrier and easy peeling.
