Aluminum Foil Food Grade Roll

Aluminum Foil Food Grade Roll

The popularity of aluminum foil in the commercial food industry comes from its ability to block light and moisture, thereby preventing bacteria from entering the packaged food, thereby preserving the food and ensuring freshness without the need for refrigeration.

How many fish recipes have you read telling you to wrap the fish in a neat tin foil bag? The chefs like it because its taste is incorporated into the fish, the foil locks the moisture, and the fish fillets are lightly steamed.

These same protective properties make aluminum foil the perfect container for cooking. When the aluminum foil package is sealed with a certain liquid, the generated steam provides a gentle cooking environment, allowing the food to retain moisture and flavor. But we believe that the best part of cooking with foil is the hands-free function it provides in the oven.

Assemble your foil packaging. To start assembling the aluminum foil package, tear off a large rectangular piece of aluminum foil. Your foil should be large enough to completely wrap all the ingredients and form a tight seal. We recommend using heavy-duty aluminum foil to comfortably hold all the ingredients without worrying about tearing. If you plan to cook directly on an open flame (such as a grill or campfire), use double-layer foil for added protection.

Next, prepare your ingredients. Choosing the materials for making
aluminum foil bags is not entirely a science, but it is important to remember the different cooking times. Potatoes take longer to cook than tender vegetables such as asparagus and broccoli. Cutting the ingredients that need to be cooked for a long time into small pieces, or even pre-cooking some ingredients, helps to ensure that all the food inside is cooked evenly.

The trick to properly sealing aluminum foil packaging is to pinch the ends together and fold them together. After assembling your ingredients in the middle of each foil, put the long ends together, fold several times and pinch tight. Repeat the same process with the short end until a flat bag is formed.
