The following editor will share with you:   Aluminum foil bag is a major cause of secondary pollution of products after sterilization. Conventional chemistry Or physical disinfection methods damage the quality of the packaging. Microwave disinfection requires a lower temperature than conventional heating and disinfection, and will not have a great impact on product quality personnel. As far as the sterilization technology of plastic packaging bags is concerned, they are mainly aimed at sealed aluminum foil bags. Because this kind of sterilization is sterilization and disinfection after the articles are packaged, chemical methods are generally not used. These sterilization technologies mainly include the following:  
 
1. Hot pack sterilization This is a kind of food or beverage heated to 80~90℃, put it in a hot aluminum foil bag while it is hot, and then seal it at high temperature. Or a method of sterilization stored at a certain temperature. This treatment method is mainly used for liquid foods with high acidity.  
2. Retort sterilization method    This method is mainly used for some foods with less acidity, such as meat, fish, poultry, milk, eggs and so on. The sterilization temperature is generally 121°C or 134°C. The method used is to put the aluminum foil bag (retort bag) into a high-pressure airtight container and heat it with steam or pressurized water. According to the different conditions of the retort pouch during sterilization, it can be divided into static heat sterilization and rotary heat sterilization. Pressurized high temperature sterilization can be divided into saturated steam sterilization, air pressurized steam sterilization and pressurized water sterilization according to the different heating media used. At present, the most widely used method is saturated steam sterilization, because the cost of this method is economical and reasonable, and the humidity control is convenient. 
3. Ultraviolet sterilization aluminum foil bag packaging food or beverage can also be sterilized by high-efficiency ultraviolet light irradiation. When using this method, it is necessary to determine the intensity and time of ultraviolet radiation according to the size of the packaging bag and the amount of content.
