Aluminum foil 8079 DC Thickness 9 μm
The production of high-quality aluminum foil begins with the casting of rolled billets. The blank is the basis of aluminum foil production and a prerequisite for achieving high quality and low cost. Aluminum foil blanks are divided into hot-rolled blanks (DC materials) and cast-rolled blanks (CC materials).
HTMM's technical requirements for aluminum foil blanks: melt quality, surface quality, end surface quality, leather thickness and width deviation, sheet quality, and mechanical properties. Aluminum foil rolling process parameters: rolling speed, tension, rolling force, oil temperature.
The purpose of aluminum foil slitting: roll the aluminum foil into a tube core suitable for the user's requirements; cut the width and length (diameter) required by the user; roll the smooth or dark side of the aluminum foil on the outer surface according to the user's requirements, and use ultrasonic cutting and welding. The connection is firm or clearly marked by other methods; check the quality of the incoming material of the rolling mill
As the thickness of the aluminum foil decreases, the rolling process becomes more and more difficult. We have put forward stricter requirements on the hydrogen content, non-metallic inclusion content and grain size indicators of the blank. In order to ensure the high purity of the metal, online refining, degassing and filtering are usually used in the casting process. We have the automatic thickness control system (AGC) required by modern aluminum foil rolling mills. The thickness and precision of the produced aluminum foil products can be kept within a relatively high range. In the casting process, the optimal grain size needs to be controlled, which will have a decisive influence on the processing performance and surface appearance of the aluminum foil during rolling and finishing. It is required to reach the first level equiaxed grain size
Aluminum foil 1235 DC Thickness 9 μm Due to its stable characteristics and high safety factor, everyone's usage rate is also very high.
