Coil size and tolerance The thickness tolerance of aluminum foil wool is generally required to be controlled within ±5% of the thickness, and even strictly controlled within ±3% of the thickness. The width tolerance is generally required to be controlled within ±2mm , and for strict requirements, it should be ±1.0mm.
 
Mechanical properties The mechanical properties of aluminum foil wool should meet the following requirements:   H18  state, σь≥150MPa,  δ≥2%;   H14  state, σь≥110MPa , δ≥3%.
