3, self-lubricating aluminum foil
In the process of manufacturing air-conditioning heat exchange fins, lubricating oil is usually added to the surface, then stamped, flanged, and finally washed off with trichloroethylene. Since trichloroethylene is harmful to the human body, in order to reduce this process, a self-lubricating aluminum foil is made accordingly. As the name implies, self-lubricating aluminum foil does not require separate lubrication during the stamping process, and the lubrication during stamping is borne by the pre-treated film on the surface of the aluminum foil.
　　
4, mildew proof aluminum foil
Anti-mildew aluminum foil is mainly used for indoor units with air attenuation. Its main function is to prevent the surface of the heat exchange fins from being deformed due to use or long-term storage, thereby significantly improving the air decay and ventilation quality and preventing the generation of peculiar smells.
