Its production process:
Smelting: The primary aluminum is converted into molten aluminum through a large-capacity regenerative smelting furnace, and then enters the casting and rolling mill through the launder. Form a continuous and uniform refining effect. Form a continuous and uniform cleaning effect.
Rough rolling: The molten aluminum in the first step is introduced into the casting and rolling mill to form a billet.
Intermediate rolling: The slab is rolled to a thickness of 4.5mm again by a cold rolling mill, and then sent to an annealing furnace, heated at 360 °C for 2 hours, and heated at 580 °C for 18 hours for uniform annealing to make the grain size uniform and the direction consistent. Then continue cold rolling to 0.60mm in the cold rolling mill, and send it to the annealing furnace again. After heating to 460°C for 5 hours, cooling to 400°C for 7 hours for intermediate annealing. Then continue to roll into aluminum foil cotton with a thickness of 0.3mm;
